We were supposed to have our flooring delivered today. I just got of the phone with one of the managers and he tells me that the flooring we purchased is not even supposed to be at their distribution center for another 8 days! We lined out a contractor to do the work and they have ripped the entire floor out of our house, tile and all. And now we have an inhabitable house. My wife is 6 months pregnant and we have a 5 year old son. All the manager could say was they should have checked on that when they sold it to me. Can't do anything for me. Talk about screwing your local family over. Never again will I use Lowes.
Though the young man.who helped me was inn the paint section..he stopped to help me with every question and need that I had. Very nice service and instructions. Really liked my visit. Oh...and the checkout girl was very sweet. Great experience!
My dishwasher leaked and ruined the cabinets. I have to HAVE TO replace them. They are mildewed and smell awful. The cabinet rep told me where the cabinets I wanted were located. She did not get her butt out of her chair to help in ANY WAY. I even told her I had company coming and needed them right away!! Tomorrow, I will buy somewhere else.

OK when I first inquired about the cabinets, no one would help me and said no one would until 10 (I was there at 9) I went to complain to manager and the assistant manager finally helped me. It shouldn't take this to get answers in a department. NOT great customer service
