I did not have a good experience here. The staff didn't appear to know what they were doing. They took me back to an operation room because there were no other rooms available and people kept walking in there because they didn't know anyone was back there. They give you a mood test at your physical but don't follow with you on the score when at the time, I know I didn't score well. They also charge you for using their facility and don't tell you that up front. I will NEVER go there again.
Showed up 15 minutes late for my apt. Totally my fault, but instead of letting me wait and be seen ( there was no body there - empty parking lot, empty lobby ) front desk told me that I would have to reschedule. She wouldn't even ask if I could still be seen. The funny thing is I would have waited that long to see the doctor if I had shown up on time anyway. Ridiculous.
Kind staff, easy in and out visits
Front desk and lab are friendly. Doctor and nurse practitioner find something out about your health and don't pursue to further investigate what the problem is. Don't communicate over the phone with you just through my chart as if it's not something of their concern.
