I have been trying to get a billing issue resolved for a long time now. They claim my daughter was treated, however my daughter did not present her insurance card, nor was she able to spell my legal name correctly. It is highly unlikely this was my daughter. I have asked to see the paperwork to confirm her handwriting, but they refuse to show it to me. I called them and tried to resolve the issue, now they call me while I work and threaten to ruin my good credit. I made a last ditch effort and filed out a dispute form. This is just ridiculous. All I want to see is the signed consent form and they refuse. Instead they urge me to pay before they report me to the credit bureau. This is extremely shady.
Love the staff, nurses and doctors here. Moved to this location when our pediatrician did even though we live in Round Rock and haven't been disappointed at all!
Our same day, first pediatric visit with Dr. Gritzka was excellent. We are new to the area and the friendly people at ARC helped us find an appointment and Doctor that fit our two young boys so well. ARC has the resources and depth needed in this growing area for after hours, same day and specialty pediatrics. Dr. Gritzka took time to explain care, next steps and options for the medical condition. The adults in our family will also be going to this location for family practice care.
Horrible service if I may say! I am a new patient to this facility. Called them today at exactly 1247pm, it is now 1321, been placed on hold the whole damn time. Like is it hard to answer a simple damn question or are the nurses too damn ignorant to know an answer. This would be the second time I call them as the first time I was hung up on. I go to lunch from 1230 to 1330, spent my time on this call yet no damn answer from nobody. Please get better training or don't just ask me my info to place me on a 35 minute hold and force me to hang up because it is now 1325 and yet, no one has come on the line
My kids have gone here for years, they have seen Dr Griffin since she joined the Hutto office! We love her, and her nurse Sunny is always fantastic. Our 1 year old needed a blood test and Kelley was able to get it without a single tear!
