Dr. Swathi is amazing. I have been taking my dog there since I got him, a year ago. She is really kind to my pet. She knows exactly what is going on with my dog when he gets sick. My dog immediately got better after her treatments. They don't overcharge and they always give me an appointment for the same day. One time my dog got a scratch in the eye and I was very impressed in the way she calmed him down. She is such a compassionate person. I'm getting a new dog and I will take it there. The ladies at the front desk are very nice as well.
Our dog had developed a skin rash and was needing a simple cortisone shot.I had Called the number wanting to know if I needed an appt only to get a vague message. So decided to chance it and drove the 10 miles. Arrived and yes, an appt was necessary could not get a direct answer to any questions but we could have dropped the dog off and the doctor could maybe see her later that afternoon. But no appts avail for three days.....kind of weird...
My little hunter hurt her knee chasing a rabbit. The doctor was kind and gentle with my dog, and me because I was in tears. The doctor found a problem with her heart that my local vet missed. I have taken her back several times for check ups.
Great staff. Dr. Swathi was thorough at attending and treating my puppy. Highly recommend.
I have a dog and a cat that have health issues requiring them to see the vet at least every other month and over the years have been to vets all over the area. Dr. Swathi not only was the first to identify the problem with BOTH animals, she also was the only vet to come up with a plan going forward to address the issues. She even cares enough to occasionally call and check to see how they are doing, she takes great care of them when they are there, and keeps an open line of communication with us so we know what's going on and is always willing to answer any questions we have.
