Amazing customer service...I rented an RV from Woody 7 months in advance for ROT rally in Austin. 7 days before the rally the owner of the RV pulled it from the lot leaving me without an RV. All of the RV's on the lot had already been rented out for the rally. Julie Woody got to work, found me another RV and had it delivered to the rally. Even though the RV she found was twice the price of my original rental, Julie honored my original rental agreement...so i got a whole lot more RV and payed what I originally agreed to pay! She, and her crew, are great to work with, they take care of their customers and they have a great line-up of RVs to choose from. If you are looking to rent an RV, this is the place to rent one from!

My experience with this company was disappointing. My co worker and i were sent to Houston for Hurricane Harvey and the only place we could find that had RV's available last minute was Woody's. The check in went fine, along with the walk through of the RV and it's functions. A few things didn't work on the RV, the 2nd pop out, a couple of latches were broke etc. Was even told to not go onto the roof of the RV and to call if we experience any problems. Processed the $2100, plus a $3000 deposit (which in my past rentals with other companies were never this expensive) and it was explained that even though I purchased their insurance, that we were responsible for pretty much all break downs up to a certain dollar amount. We experience a leak in the roof once we were there, so we had to place buckets where we would sit to eat, and it got to a point where we ended up having to get a hotel which cost a $1000. I called a couple of times and never received a call back and had taken photos just to show the problems. I even was told with the amount of rain that we were getting during the hurricane, ANY RV Tech would tell you you're going to get water leaks. That wasn't the answer I was wanting or needing at that time, especially with other emergency response personnel, including volunteers with older RV's and 5th wheels who were not experiencing any leaks. Since other things were broken, we didn't want to chance getting on the roof of the RV. When we returned a week later to return the RV, and I wanted to speak with the lady who we worked with to get the RV but she was busy, so I was assured I would get a call back. I called 4 - 5 more times after I returned home and she wouldn't take my call and again was promised a call back, which never happened. Even the young lady who took my call said, she hasn't called you back yet... I'll make sure she calls you. I wasn't looking for a free rental because we did use the vehicle, but at least return my call to discuss the problems. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for a rental. I know someone in their office responds back to these, so I'll await the response.

If you need a RV rental this is the only place to go! The people here are amazing and always willing to get you what you need for your situation!

A nightmare. Contracted for a specific RV several months ahead of vacation. They called a week before, said that RV was being used by the owner the weekend we were supposed to pick it up, but they offered a better RV at the same price, so I said sure. The day we go to pick it up they said the "better RV had blown its engine, but no worry...here's a better one still, but...the generator won't run while driving, so they strapped a portable onto a hitch cage and said it would be fine...it wasn't. We get 48 miles down the road and all electric inside quits...the portable generator overloaded. So, we take it back, they get a slightly bigger generator...5 miles out and...you guessed it...no electric (which means no a/c...in Texas). So, we take it back, and the guy left acts like he doesn't really give a rats ass, because he has another job he needs to get to...so no apology, nothing. We wasted 8 hours on what was supposed to be our pack day, and at the end we had no RV, and we burned a half tank of gas in our vehicle...all for nothing. Ugh.

I learned of the need for RVs needing to be rented for disaster relief and figured I could help. I was also moving my house that weekend so time was tight. I took our toy hauler up to them and Christian did a walk around on the unit and pointed out a few things that were issues. They made the repairs for me including new tires. Our unit went to Port Arthur for several weeks and they even discounted a motorhome for a trip we had while ours was out. We are going on a trip this weekend and I called to set up another replacement and they let let know mine is on its way back and we can take ours. Showed up today to pick it and the unit was fully detailed and ready to go. Way better condition than when I dropped it off. True professionals. Will continue to do business with them. They also have already booked mine for future events. So we will make money on something instead of it sitting around.
