I love moon. She does an excellent job creating designs and is always good to my son. This place gets busy, so it's a good idea to call ahead.
No, the customer service is not always the best--but Moon will treat you right. She will work hard to please you. I have had a few pedicures that I wasn't too happy with but in comparison to the many, many pedicures I absolutely love--I can't say a thing. My pedicures last for a month at a time! They feel so amazing when I'm done. They clean and massage my feet so well. They get the skin around my toes that I can't stand to be there. They really make me feel good. I've taken my young daughter in a couple of times and when she's not with me they always ask about her. I won't go anywhere else. I've tried and have never been as happy as when I go to LA Nails. I don't know what it is about their technique--it's just better.
I got a facial wax for the first time and never received any instructions for after or anything and I woke up with a rash and my face is now swollen with a lot of bumps that seem infected the older lady who did it who seemed to be in charge told me to come back to look at my face and just kept laughing the entire time I now have to go to dr because my face is numb and hurts.
On the other hand, I also have to ask you, the customers, for understandings. I, and the other workers in the shop, are immigrants from Vietnam. Most of us did not learn how to speak English until grade 10 in school, and a few of my friends did not even know basic English grammars until they have come here. Therefore, it is inevitable that regrettable misunderstandings can and have resulted from miscommunication.

Please let me introduce myself. My name is Nguyet, LA Nails and Spa's manager. In Vietnamese, the meaning of my name is moon, and that is why I often introduce myself as Moon to my customers.
Please rest assured that we are trying our best every day, even on the more stressful days with no customers or a lot of customers, to give the best possible service to you. At the very least, we do not mean to conduct our work unprofessionally.
