We’ve ordered multiple times from this location. Normally our pizza is great. The cinnamon stix is okay. Until we had fresh ones made and I realized the ones we have been getting were stale and not fresh. Usually they forget part of our order, which isn’t too big of a deal because we’re not in a rush. Last night, we got two pizzas and both crusts were soggy (one didn’t even have cheese on it, so it couldn’t be the grease). The cinnamon stix were so stale we couldn’t even chew it. However, we called this morning and the manager refunded the amount spent. Great customer service and they’re always willing to fix their mistakes, but we’re starting to get a little weary from ordering here.
Delivery was early so it was hot and delicious. Excellent customer service! The manager, Tranell (sp?) runs a good store. Definitely earned my repeat business. It's Not every day that you can leave this kind of review about a pizza delivery place... keep it up guys!
Pizza is great but most deals are online only because it's a nightmare to order online. Wish they would improve this.
THE MENU on the counter. We order Hawaiian Teriyaki wings, we literally said "Hawaiian Teriyaki wings". We couldn't add them to our other order and we couldn't go ahead and pay for them when we ordered. Yet when they were finally ready, and they came out as plain Teriyaki wings, what did you say? That's right, you don't make Hawaiian Teriyaki wings!
Took over a hour and a half for our our to be delivered called in and they said it would take another 30 to 45 minutes that they only have 1 driver. So the manager T help us and delivered personally . Love Pizza Hut
