I lost my walking cane so I went to Goodwill. I asked a young man if he worked there, and he said yes. I asked him if I could speak to the mgr. And he took me to her. When she finished with the customer she was assisting I told her I had lost mine and if they had any . She showed me to the ones they had and she picked the best one. We went to the front so she could scan it and tell me the cost. When the price came up it was all I had. I told her i would have to pass on it even though it was obvious i needed it because i had to choose between eating or purchasing the cane. She asked another employee to ring it up and paid for it out of her own pocket. That was very kind and much appreciated.

Love this Goodwill. I always shop their for jeans and various others items. Sale personnel are friendly and courteous. It is very clean and items are also in good condition.

Goodwill is a bad joke. Their prices on used items are often equal to or cost more than new! They should be ashamed of the way they do business. They get most items for free! They should be more helpful to the community and sell at more fair prices since the blessed people in third community just HAND THEM THEIR MERCHANDISE.

The Goodwill store in Hutto Texas is unique among other Goodwill stores. Hutto is a small town with a big heart. The donations of merchandise here not only reflect the generous nature of this town, but also its history. I have purchased some awesome relics there as well as one-of-a-kind homemade treasures. Go to Hutto and see for yourself.

Goodwill industries has raise their prices to an all-time high. The new policies and procedures are a reflection of bad miss management. Some of the changes include asking you to round up your purchased to help their cause. What causes? There is no evidence that suggests that they are training anyone anywhere. This so-called job training was videotaped in Longview Texas. Picking up cigarette butts and greeting people at the door. This is not job training. Each time I have observed any of the stores only the original employees that had worked there for over a year we're working. Because of some of the new policies they have been quick to let people go. Again this manager is running it in the ground and breaking it off. I suggest you take your donations to your local church where any money collected from their sales will definitely go to someone Who needs it and would benefit from it. If you take your donations to Goodwill they will profit from it! Nonprofit organization my $&@
